Ghana locations

To enable us to index more locations in detail throughout Ghana we are splitting them by type. We chose this, rather than splitting by region, as most people from outside Ghana have difficulty in understanding the regions and the geographic area that each contains.

Compared to the size of the country there are not a great many locations to visit, and therefore we have not broken this down into the same detailed classifications that we use in the UK, but into a wider grouping.

Initially this is just four classifications:-

• Heritage

• Wildlife

• Landscape

• Industrial

Later we may add other group or topic headings or decide to split some.
